Confirmation of Reservation

We will give you a reservation confirmation based on the services you specified as soon as your request for a India tour package is submitted. We will provide an official confirmation of our package as soon as all reservations for lodging and other services are finalized. Important details like hotel names, travel dates, and the entire itinerary will be included in this confirmation.

A 30% deposit is needed in advance to secure your tour. When you arrive, you can pay the remaining 70%. Throughout the reservation process, this procedure guarantees openness and clarity.

Payment Policy

We need to receive payment in advance to guarantee your reservation. Depending on your desire, you can pay the remaining amount when you arrive or before you leave your city. The type of services and the amount of time left before the service starts will determine how much the advance payment is.

As stated in your tour proposal, full advance payment could be necessary in certain situations, such as train trips or hotel reservations made during busy times (like Christmas or New Year's).

* 30% advance to confirm the booking
* 70% upon arrival on the first day of the tour

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us written notice if you must cancel your tour or travel services. The following timetable shall govern the application of cancellation fees:

* 75 to 60 days before the start of the tour: No charges
* 60 to 45 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the package cost will be charged
* 45 to 35 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the package cost will be charged
* Within 35 days of the start date of the tour: 100% of the package cost will be charged

Cancellation Refund

If necessary, cancellation refunds for special train trips and reservations during the busiest times of the year may differ. The airline's policy will be in effect for flying tickets.

There will be few refunds for excursions that are canceled after they start, and they will depend on how much can be recovered from hotels and other vendors. There are no refunds for unused hotel rooms, food, transportation, excursions, and other activities.

In line with our cancellation policy, refunds will be given for services that were paid for but not used, such as lodging or transportation. Due to banking regulations, refunds may take two to four weeks to reach the person who made the payment. The amount of the refund will be reduced by any relevant bank fees.
